What are we doing during Make your own French Macarons ?

A Families-Friendly Workshop to do in Paris.

Have you always wanted to know how to make macarons like Pierre Hermé or the ones you can find at Dalloyau? Here is your chance.

First step : make the macarons shell. While waiting for the oven to heat, there will be some snacks to eat.

Then, you will learn how to fill the shells with a delicious ganache. (You won’t make the ganache yourself because it takes too much time to prepare it but feel free to ask to the Head Pastry Chef how to make a good one, he will answer with pleasure.)

Ready to become a macarons confectioner?

Why do we love Make your own French Macarons ?

During this workshop in the studio few steps from Montmartre, you will learn the macarons recipe and you will leave with a 10 pieces box. Yummy!

Also, you will be able to customize your macarons as you wish, depending on your taste and your creativity.

Good to know

What's the plan after Make your own French Macarons ?

Parc Martin Luther-King

147 rue Cardinet, 75017 PARIS

This park, built in order to mix up city and nature, is full of surprises. Playing areas for children, spaces for older children, a track to scooter, rollerblading, a landscaped water, lawns on which it is allowed to sit... There is something for everyone!

Place de l'Eglise

Place du docteur Félix Lobligeois, 75017 PARIS

Inevitable, in the heart of the historic district of Batignolles, this square is plenty of cafes, bars, shops... We particularly recommend "le Tout Petit" for a breakfast or "Dose" to take in / take away a coffee.

Who are we ?

Visiting a new city with your kids… exciting, isn’t it ? until this moment of truth when you try to figure out which activities you should plan. How awful ! The worst part comes when you discover that this « amazing » visit you booked isn’t children-friendly at all.

As parent, I wish I had the opportunity to discuss with locals before visiting a new city with my kids. As a result, I’ve created Les Ouvreuses, a concierge service dedicated to families, made by Parisian parents for parents visiting Paris. We love to share our tips and special address, recommand guided tours and workshops… to help families enjoying Paris as we do.
